- Intellectual (IQ)
- Emotional (EQ)
- Leadership (LQ)
- Spiritual (SQ)
- ...
IQ and EQ are great things to have in leadership..."But if you want to be respected, you should have LQ-the quotient of love...The brain will be replaced by machines, but machines can never replace your heart." - Jack Ma, Founder, Alibaba.
Intelligence Intelligence/Quotient (IQ)
Most people agree that lifelong learning is the process of raising one's IQ (intelligence quotient) in order to become a better thinker, professional, and person in general. Over the course of maturation, one's personal "wisdom" is greatly influenced by their IQ.

- Change and Maturity: Existence involves change, which leads to personal maturation and self-creation.
- Personal Wisdom: IQ plays a crucial role in developing wisdom throughout life.
- Educational Opportunities: Engaging in higher education, pursuing additional degrees, and improving technical skills are vital.

Physical Intelligence/Quotient (PQ)
- Self-Awareness: Develop the ability to listen to and respond to internal messages regarding physical sensations such as pain, hunger, depression, fatigue, and frustration.

- Active listening/acknowledgment
When we think of trust and what it means, we quickly realize it encompasses many things. We use the word “trust” to:
- Interpret what people say
- Describe behaviors
- Decide if we feel comfortable sharing information
- Indicate whether we feel other people have our interests at heart
Total Intelligence/Quotient (TQ)
- TQ is about emotions, access to new information, and making better choices.
- TQ involves the intelligence that comes from our bodies, which constantly pick up signals and assess their needs.
- TQ helps in making better choices, recognizing subtle social cues, and understanding personal limits.
- TQ involves trusting instincts, shifting energy for better connections, and making unconscious issues conscious.
- With ongoing practice and support, we can tap into the full potential of our brains and bodies, becoming more effective leaders and human beings.
