TIGO is looking for a versatile, tech-forward ERP & Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. If you are a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of ERP implementation, full-stack development, and IT support, and you have a passion for leveraging AI to drive efficiency for North American clients, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Administration
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext projects: scoping, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.
- Customize DocTypes, workflows, and role-based access controls.
- Integrate ERPNext with CRMs, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
Full-Stack Development
- Design and build responsive web applications with RESTful APIs and scalable databases.
- Write clean, documented, and well-tested code using professional Git-based workflows.
IT Helpdesk & Technical Support
- Provide Level 1-2 support to Canadian clients following MSP service delivery standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Microsoft 365, and endpoint issues.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure SLA compliance.
Cybersecurity & AI Innovation
- Apply security best practices (NIST, CIS) and support PIPEDA/PHIPA compliance.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gamma) to accelerate development and operations.
- Develop AI-assisted automations for internal and client-facing systems.
Creative Digital Production (Nice to Have)
- Produce professional video/graphic content (CapCut, Premiere, Illustrator, Canva).
- Build complex intake forms and conditional logic flows (JotForm).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in full-stack development and 1–2 years in IT helpdesk/technical support.
- ERP Expertise: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects (Required).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience supporting Canadian or North American clients (Strongly preferred).
- Mindset: Agile/Scrum-oriented, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about emerging AI technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA: A+, Network+, or Security+.
- ERP: ERPNext Certified Professional or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Cloud: AWS Certified Developer or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
