Project management, as the name suggests, is simply management that focuses on management and successful development of projects procedure as well as providing guidance and achieving the main goal of the project.
2. Management Consulting
Management Consulting as name suggests, is simply management that focuses on improving business strategies, performance and processes of organization by providing expert advice to resolve any issues.
3. Difference between Project Management and Management Consulting
