6 Useful Tips To Streamline Business Processes and Workflows 13/540
The right software can save your company money by helping you efficiently manage each and every project. You can also ensure the project stays within its scope and budget. These tools also help you establish priorities and track your team’s progress.
There are basically three types of project management solutions -
Low end PM solutions
This is usually fit for organisations having smaller groups and limited needs. These products have limited functionality. This tool fits an organisation when the needs are limited and budgets are also low. They are available in a hosted only environment.
Mid end PM solutions
These are required in organisations having a tad large group, but local operations, however such organisations prefer lesser features due to the local operations and a lower budget. Mid end PM solutions offer robust features at an affordable price and are available in hosted or installed environments.
High end PM solutions
These are required for very large organisations having global project management offices, with a need to link a large number of users worldwide. These solutions consist of features like opportunity, risk, claim, cost to the company, and other variables required for effective project management. As the features are more so the budget per user is also high.
